Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of COCO Creators and COCO Digital (together, "COCO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

COCO Creators is a marketplace that connects businesses with content creators. COCO Digital provides done-for-you content services. We facilitate discovery, enquiries, and on-platform messaging — we are not a party to contracts between businesses and creators unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Business and creator accounts have different features; you may not misrepresent your role.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Some features (including on-platform messaging for businesses) require a paid Pro subscription processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with Australian Consumer Law. Creator payouts for completed work are not yet automated — payment terms are agreed between parties off-platform unless otherwise stated.

4. Creator listings

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, rates, and availability. COCO may moderate, unpublish, or remove listings that are misleading, offensive, or violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use COCO to harass others, post unlawful content, scrape data, attempt unauthorised access, or circumvent paywalled features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

6. Disputes

Disputes between businesses and creators should be raised promptly between the parties. COCO may assist with communication but does not guarantee outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. COCO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or dealings between users.

8. Changes & contact
